The Confident Executive Programme is one of our Flagship premium programmes. The programme focuses on the key skills, knowledge and understanding needed to lead a school or group of schools.
It is a programme which both challenges and supports, whilst acknowledging that schools can be busy places and participants will need periods of reflection.
Uniquely, we are particularly targeting BAME leaders because of the low statistics realised in the current school leadership model.
